Forms, email and your account let you provide contact details, vehicle data and information about your request. We use these details to handle your enquiry and the agreed services.

Vehicles and orders are assigned to your access. Recorded mileage, operating hours, service thresholds and approved maintenance guidance support vehicle care. Reminders depend in part on keeping the values you enter up to date.

The reporting function sends fault codes and notes only after you confirm sharing. The report is assigned to your vehicle and RG Racing can reply. An order’s original file is available to download only after separate release.

You can adjust the available notification settings in the app. Service and inspection reminders use recorded dates and readings and do not replace the vehicle documentation.

When an authorized administrator connects a Google account, the portal reads the calendar list, availability, events and event details to display scheduling availability and appointments. Portal appointments are synchronized with the selected Google calendar. Google access tokens and imported event snapshots are stored encrypted on the portal server. Google receives the requests and portal appointments needed for this synchronization. Within the portal, only users with the relevant permissions can view calendar data released for their tasks.

After an administrator explicitly connects a Google account, the portal synchronizes contacts with its customer records in both directions. It reads, matches, stores and, when changed, sends to Google details including names, email addresses, telephone numbers, addresses and company information. Contact records and their links are stored in the portal; Google access tokens are encrypted on the portal server. Only authorized portal users can view or edit these details according to their roles. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising or AI model training. The connection can be removed in the portal administration and access can also be revoked in the Google account; contact and appointment records needed for services remain subject to applicable retention and deletion rules.
