Your enquiry and order
Forms, email and your account let you provide contact details, vehicle data and information about your request. We use these details to handle your enquiry and the agreed services.
Vehicle care in the customer app
Vehicles and orders are assigned to your access. Recorded mileage, operating hours, service thresholds and approved maintenance guidance support vehicle care. Reminders depend in part on keeping the values you enter up to date.
Diagnostic reports and the original file
The reporting function sends fault codes and notes only after you confirm sharing. The report is assigned to your vehicle and RG Racing can reply. An order’s original file is available to download only after separate release.
Managing notifications
You can adjust the available notification settings in the app. Service and inspection reminders use recorded dates and readings and do not replace the vehicle documentation.
Privacy questions and your rights
Write to info@rg-racing-sp.com. Subject to the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Consent can be withdrawn for the future. You can complain to a supervisory authority, including Italy’s Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
